M&D DUO LAB SERVICE BOOKING POLICY & TERMS
M&D DUO LAB SERVICES BOOKING POLICY
All payments for Classes are NON-REFUNDABLE. The client is required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance to preserve the payment and have the class rescheduled. There will be one attempt to reschedule before the client forfeits the payment or pays a $30 convenience fee to reschedule any additional time. Due to the demand for classes and the limited space, we do not refund payments.
AFTER HOURS CLASS BOOKING!!
After hours classes! Is any class anytime on SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS, and any class starting at 4pm or after is considered an after-hours class and must have the "After Hours Appointment add-on attached to scheduling." This means you must add the Same Day Appointment add-on charge. This add=on does not allow you same-day card processing.
